3 May 2022 — District Operational MET meetings were established in early 2020. They act as a subgroup to the County Operational MET process. The purpose of District Op MET meetings is for information sharing between partner agencies to capture themes and trends regarding exploitation across the districts including profiles about people of concern and other intelligence mapping to feed into the county wide Operational MET meeting.
The Willow Team have published a one-off newsletter in support of the recent work that the Local Safeguarding Children Partnership has been completing around reviewing and reinvigorating the nine operational MET meetings across the county. Read the full newsletter here.
