Hampshire Safeguarding Children Partnership (HSCP) and Isle of Wight Safeguarding Children Partnership (IOWSCP) are pleased to announce the date for the Designated Safeguarding Leads Conference for next year has been confirmed as 18 June 2024.

In June 2023, HSCP and IOWSCP held the annual Designated Safeguarding Leads Conference, which was attended by over 580 designated safeguarding leads from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Feedback from this event has highlighted the benefit of understanding the roles and work of professionals across the children’s workforce, to support an effective and collaborative safeguarding response.
