Hampshire Children’s Services has implemented a new social care recording system, Mosaic. As part of this change the Inter-Agency Referral Form (IARF) for professional partners to report child welfare or safeguarding concerns has also changed.
The new IARF can still be accessed as it is now via Hantsweb.
The form looks slightly different, but the content remains the same. Supporting documents can now be uploaded, such as completed risk assessment tools.
When accessing the link to report a concern, there is now an option to select either Hampshire or Isle of Wight.
After submission of an IARF, a copy of the form can be saved, and professionals will receive a confirmation email from a ‘no-reply’ address.
