Virtual Learning: Book your free place now!

Following its launch in June 2020, the HSCP’s Virtual Multi-Agency Learning Platform has gone from strength to strength.

Free to all professionals working with children and families who live in the Hampshire Local Authority area, the Learning Platform consists of a suite of e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual training opportunities all developed to support core learning on safeguarding Hampshire’s children.

To date, over 1,200 Hampshire delegates have attended webinars on 22 subjects including:

  • Impact of Domestic Abuse on Children and Young People
  • Safeguarding Infants
  • PREVENT
  • Sexually harmful behaviours
  • Fabricated or Induced Illnesses
  • Missing, Exploited and Trafficked Children (MET)
  • Harmful cultural practices such as breast ironing, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and forced marriage

These courses are added to on a weekly basis with webinar’s held every week, so it is important that professionals regularly check the HSCP events booking page for relevant training.
